To reach the influencers, specifiers and purchasers of student administration software in the K1- K13 school boards and districts a ‘Take a closer look’ theme was used. Presentation folders, PowerPoint presentations, RFP themed covers, ads, direct mail, web and demo CDs carried the message to the audiences and asked them to take a closer look at the demo available on the web. Then they were directed to call a 1 800 number to request more info at which point their contact information was passed along to the sales force.
